Vladinmir Bakushev - a graduate of the Moscow Institute of Electronic Machine Building (now the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics), more than 20 years (from 1971 to 1992) worked in the Research Institute of Introscopy of Moscow Scientific-Industrial Association Spectrum, a pupil of the Russian Academy of Sciences' professor V.
