Within the framework of the project "Support for private high-tech companies-leaders" the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia plans to increase high-tech exports by at least 15 companies fourfold.

"The project "Support for private high-tech companies-leaders" is quite ambitious, its implementation is aimed at forming at least 10 Russian private high-tech companies with sales volumes of at least $500 million each, and two companies with sales volumes of at least $1 billion by 2020. At the same time, it is planned to ensure fourfold growth in the volume of high-tech exports of at least 15 companies by 2020. Work on the project has already begun," said Deputy Economic Development Minister Oleg Fomichev.

Companies will be provided with support from development institutions as well as assistance in overcoming administrative barriers. The project is aimed at formation of advanced growth of domestic private high-tech export oriented companies.
