The leadership of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) during the Eastern Economic Forum (WEF) - 2022 intends to sign agreements in the field of education development with scientific organizations from India, China and other Southeast Asian countries. This was stated by the Acting Vice-Rector for International Relations of FEFU Evgeny Vlasov.

According to him, at the moment the university is actively cooperating with India. Today, the WEF is considered as a platform where it will be possible to sign agreements on the development of joint research by scientists. In autumn, representatives of the Indian side will make a field trip to FEFU and implement several joint projects.

In addition, the university is actively cooperating with Vietnam and China, as well as other Southeast Asian countries.

Vlasov noted that interest in Russian education remains abroad. According to him, the crisis of recent years has shown the failure of those educational systems and educational traditions that previously dominated the world, reports TASS.
