The discount applies to customers who carefully choose products and almost do not issue refunds. It is clarified that the majority of such buyers.

"In addition, general tariffs for the return of goods have been reduced in order to increase the availability of online purchases," Wildberries noted.As the company added, buyers began to take a more conscious approach to the choice of goods, resulting in a 30% reduction in the proportion of defective items arising from their frequent transportation and fitting.
