In an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the head of the Federal Accreditation Service, Alexei Khersontsev, shared plans to exempt exporters from the need for double testing of their products when shipping abroad.

Already in early 2017, a limited list of companies will be exempted from these procedures, for which the procedure for obtaining foreign certificates will be simplified.

For domestic laboratory protocols to be recognized in other countries of Russia, it is necessary to sign an agreement on mutual recognition within the International Organization for Laboratory Accreditation (ILAC). In November, APLAC auditors have already assessed sites and recognized the compliance of our systems with international standards.
