The Altai Territory Department for Food, Processing, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology reported the completion of reconstruction of one of the oldest enterprises in the region JSC "Altai butter and cheese factory".

"We have retained the partners we had previously worked with. In fact, our clients encouraged us to the reconstruction. And many were waiting for our opening. For example, the owners of "Maria-Ra" retail chain even offered to finance the works to accelerate our opening", - said the director of the plant.

The first batches of hard cheese have already been brewed and will go on sale after ripening, the launch of production of processed cheese is scheduled for March-April this year.
