An investment project has been completed in the Tula region. It implied creation of a modern boiler house, which will be energetically profitable.

The constructed facility will meet the needs of the manufacturing company Plastik, as well as provide convenient activities for the residents of the industrial technopark, which is located on the territory of the enterprise itself.

The construction of the boiler house has improved the company infrastructure, as well as attracted new investors to the industrial park. More than 600 million roubles were invested into the project as a whole.

Alexey Dyumin, Governor of the Tula Region, during his visit to the newly opened boiler house, expressed confidence that the reconstructed infrastructure will enable to launch new farms in the future which will result in creation of additional jobs, informed the regional government.

The partnership agreement for the implementation of the project was concluded during the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi last year. The partners of the project were "Sberbank" and the bank "Russia".

At present there are eight residents of Technopark Plastik, including Adventum Technologies, Fabrics, Nanosil and Polimerdor.
