A domestic freight train manufacturer has shipped 100 new generation boxcars to an international logistics holding company.

We are talking about the cooperation between the Russian United Wagon Company and Kuchukterminal, an LTB member organization, which has been underway for three years.

So, now the park of the international company includes 220 boxcars on the bogie, which it uses in the production process.

The delivered cars are designed for transportation of various cargoes, including bulk cargoes, and their distinguishing feature is the increased lift capacity up to 73 tons.

Also the train has a grooved floor, which allows for better grip of the loader on the floor, as well as binding loops that can facilitate the process of fixing the cargo in the car.

The service life of the car is 32 years.

According to Dmitry Bychkov, head of the boxcar division of Kuchukterminal, the cooperation between the two companies is developing not for the first year, the experience of using the cars produced by United Wagon Company has demonstrated their efficiency and reliability compared to other analogs on the market.
