KAMAZ is preparing to supply eco-vehicles to Finland
Sergey Sinelnikov, Head of Domestic Trade Representation in Finland, held on-line negotiations with representatives of PJSC KAMAZ to discuss the possibility of selling the company's vehicles to the country in the north of Europe.
In particular, Sinelnikov conferred with Samat Sattarov, Director of Passenger Transport of the company, on what work to do in order to bring the vehicles to European requirements and further export them to Finland.
In August next year a European directive will come into force, which implies the promotion of environmentally friendly transport to maintain low-carbon mobility. According to this, Finnish state-owned companies will be obliged to significantly increase the share of biofuel, electricity or gas-powered vehicles that are bought or leased.
Remember, the other day Sinelnikov had a conversation with representatives of the Finnish Ministry of Transport, where the nuances and details of implementation of this directive were touched upon.
