The Bank for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME Bank) issued a loan of 16.5 million rubles to a company called "Zdorovy Khleb". These funds will be used for the organization and further development of the production of healthy bread in the northern capital.

The credit was given at the rate of 8.5% per annum for 10 years within the program of the Ministry of Economic Development.

With the proceeds of the loan the enterprise will be able to purchase the necessary products for baking.

The bread will be produced under the ZbreadD trademark, it will be also produced for therapeutic, prophylactic, sports and baby food.

According to the CEO of Victoria Dolgikh, bakery products will be made from organically pure raw materials without the use of genetically modified organisms, with low gluten content, with high protein and low carbohydrate.

It will also exclude yeast, sugar and other sugar substitutes, as well as harmful additives.

She stressed that the recipe of the bread was made with participation of Scientific and Research Institute of bakery industry and it is protected by patents.

By the end of 4 years after the production launch, it is planned to produce around 3 tons daily on the average. Such bread can be bought in the large retail chains and health food stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg. It is planned to export its production in the future.
