The volume of deliveries outside Russia has surpassed the planned indicators, as follows from the operational data of the Rosselkhozbank's Center of Industry Expertise.

Thus, in the first 6 months, the volume of agro-industrial exports excluding the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union exceeded $10 billion. The growth was 17% in value terms as compared to the same period of the previous year.

This tendency is supported by the shipments to the Eurasian countries as the volumes have increased by 10% up to 1.2 billion rubles for the first 4 months of the current year. The Center expects that by the end of the year exports in this area may increase by more than 10%, to $28 billion. The Russian Ministry of Agriculture forecasts that this year foreign shipments will remain at the level of 2019 - $25 billion.

The main growth will come from exports of grains and oilseeds, as well as new export categories such as oilseeds, sugar and meat. According to the results of the first 6 months, the foreign sales of oilseeds and meat doubled, while shipments of sugar and confectionery products to other countries increased fourfold. The latter products in the structure of shipments of agro-industrial goods from our country has increased from 6% in the first half of last year to 12% this year. At the same time grain crops, oil and fats and fish have decreased from 73% to 68%, said Andrei Dalnov, the head of Rosselkhozbank's Center.

According to the results of the first half of this year, the products of the domestic agro-industrial complex were in the highest demand from China. This Asian country supplied goods worth nearly $2 bln. Russian frozen fish ($717 mln), crustaceans ($118 mln) and sunflower oil ($282 mln) were in the top three of the products highly demanded in China.

Earlier it became known that the Russian Cabinet of Ministers will allocate 10 billion rubles for credit privileges for the agro-industrial complex. Besides, there will be a further deferral of taxes and loans for agricultural producers.

The corresponding document has been signed by the Prime Minister. The decree provides for the postponement of the payments to those farmers, whose seasonal activities are in a special list, and if half of their income was derived from such seasonal work.
