NovaWind, an organization affiliated with Rosatom, started construction of Marchenkovskaya wind farm near Rostov-on-Don. The capacity of the construction will amount to 120 MW.

It is noted that there will be about 50 wind turbines, the capacity of each of them will be 2,5 MW. In total over 16 billion rubles have been invested in the project.

Even now there are more than 40 units of construction equipment on the site, more than a hundred workers and engineering employees are working.

In addition, the static testing of the bearing capacity of the soil by bored piles was completed on the site, and now the materials for the construction of the foundation are being brought in. For this, two concrete batching plants were installed, with a concrete mix capacity of 170 cubic meters per hour.
