The management of KAMAZ, together with the trade union committee of the company, decided to cancel the part-time workweek schedule in August.

It should be reminded that earlier the automobile giant switched its employees to a three-day working week, i.e. they worked 24 hours a week, from Monday to Wednesday. Such mode has been in force since April 13, because of the drop in demand for KAMAZ vehicles due to the pandemic, the media report.

According to the new order dated July 29 of this year, the part-time schedule will be cancelled from August 3 to 14.

At this time, according to the media, KAMAZ is provided with orders, so the staff began working in the traditional mode. It is expected that starting from August 17 most of the employees will be able to take their annual 14-day paid vacation.
