With the start of the academic year, the North Caucasus Suvorov Military School received a new complex of educational buildings.

After the launch, the cadets got an opportunity to receive additional education in addition to the basic school program.

The new building consists of modern classrooms, a library, a media library with an interactive center, a museum of the school's history. Also, in the new complex is a dormitory for 320 students and a canteen with a capacity of 620 students. In addition, a concert hall, an additional education building and an indoor sports complex were built there.

As Ruslan Tavitov, head of the school, says the opening of this building marks the completion of the first phase. In the future, another dormitory for 240 cadets will be built. A swimming pool with an ice rink, a stadium and a pneumatic shooting gallery will also be built there.

Nowadays cadets from the fifth to the eleventh classes are trained in the school.

The opening ceremony was attended, among others, by State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation Nikolai Pankov and the head of North Ossetia Vyacheslav Bitarov.
