VEB.ru and the National Center for Public-Private Partnership signed cooperation agreements with leading expert organizations, including the KPMG network and rating agencies Expert RA and ACRA.

The cooperation involves joint implementation in the country of the best international practices in the field of infrastructure, including principles of quality infrastructure investments (QII) approved by the G20 countries.

The cooperation is aimed at developing the infrastructure market in Russia, improving the quality and sustainability of infrastructure projects and ensuring their efficiency and investment attractiveness.

Participants of the agreements plan to help create a national system for the assessment and certification of infrastructure projects. This will increase the number of quality infrastructure projects under implementation and attract private Russian and foreign investment into the infrastructure sector.

Within the framework of cooperation, the parties will jointly form approaches to the creation of a system of evaluation and certification of infrastructure projects, develop methods for the selection and evaluation of the quality of infrastructure projects. In addition, they will develop requirements for verification of compliance with the principles and will conduct research and educational activities.

Earlier it became known that in Moscow region check quality of asphalt-concrete mixes used in road repair, will be checked by special equipment - new asphalt analyzer InfraTest. The given equipment has been bought specially for check of roads in the region.
