Acceptance of applications for the annual all-Russian contest "Startup Expedition B8" has started. The Made in Russia project was told about it by the Yakutia Press Center in Moscow.

In 2020 the concept of the event is focused on technological problems of big business. According to the press service, startups and existing companies are invited to come up with solutions for such large organizations as the steel and mining company "Severstal" or the international passenger transport service inDriver.

In particular, competitors will have to make developments in the direction of peer-to-peer economy, machine vision, as well as in the field of data analysis and process automation.

The participants will receive comprehensive support during the task, and the winners will have the opportunity to start their own projects based on partner companies.

The main organizer of the competition is the Yakutia Innovation Development Fund with the support of the federal Far Eastern High Technology Fund.

Startups, small and medium innovative companies, teams of scientists and specialists with a minimum viable product (MVP), developing technological companies and enterprises may take part.

Applications may be submitted up to and including October 7. The selected projects will move on to the next stage starting from October 15.
