Russian Trade Representative to Tajikistan Evgeny Korenkov discussed with the head of Sayed-2006 Production Cooperative the possibility of using Russian investments for the construction of a turkey breeding complex with the capacity of over 500 tons of poultry meat per year.

The parties also discussed involving leading domestic specialists, including representatives of poultry breeding companies, equipment and feed manufacturers

Korenkov stressed the importance of developing technological exchange between business enterprises of Russia and Tajikistan in the agrarian sector in the context of the Russian side's efforts to identify and apply available opportunities in order to increase the volume of mutual trade turnover.
