ROSATOM's ZiO-Podolsk engineering plant produced and sent a set of boiler equipment to the first incinerator plant being built near the village of Svistyagino near Moscow.

Thus, 8 blocks of superheaters being one of the main elements of the steam boiler were delivered to the construction site. Their total weight amounted to approximately 185 tons. The steam superheaters themselves consist of two mirrored blocks, each of them comprising 4 sections of upper and lower collectors connected by heat exchange tubes.

This technique is made to superheat steam to a specified temperature.

The working and design documentation has been developed by the plant experts.

The first incinerator in the Moscow region should be launched in 2022.

Let us remind you that such enterprises are built according to the technology of the Japanese-Swiss company, which at the moment is considered one of the most reference at the moment in Europe technologies with strict requirements for environmental parameters of the equipment. The Podolsk plant is one of the largest manufacturers of the corresponding equipment in Russia.
