The Chelyabinsk Forging and Pressing Plant started manufacturing turbine blade forgings, and the new line of products has already been mastered and supplies of steam turbine blade forgings under the first contracts have been made.

The new products are made of hardly deformable, corrosion-resistant heat-resistant steel. This is due to high customer standards and strict quality requirements for such products, as the blade is one of the main parts of the turbine that absorbs high pressure of gas or combustion products.

Also, each vane has its own aerodynamic profile, so the product is geometrically complex. Even the slightest deviation from the specified parameters in terms of geometry or the characteristics of the alloy used can lead to a decrease in the efficiency of the entire turbine.

Now the plant is actively recruiting employees in order to provide the enterprise with qualified personnel and ensure maximum utilization of all its production capacities.
