"Rusagro bought the Koshkinsky butter and cheese plant for RUB 115m

Dairy products company Rusagro acquired the property of the Samara butter and cheese factory for approximately RUB 115 million.

The company has become the new owner of the property of the bankrupt enterprise Koshkinsky, which is located in the village of Koshki near Samara. The information that the process of the plant's liquidation has started was published in the Unified Federal Register of bankruptcy information.

"Rusagro bought the assets in a single lot, which included the building with a boiler room, administrative and household building, land plots with a total area of about 7 thousand m², as well as the technological line for processing of sweet whey, the technological line for salting, processing and packaging of cheese made from milk, the water treatment system and others.

The buyer paid almost 115 million rubles for the property.

It should be mentioned that the first time the property of the plant was put for sale at the beginning of this year with the starting price about 213 million rubles, but no buyers were found then.

Koshkinskiy plant was founded in 1996. It concentrated mainly on production of butter and clarified butter, butter paste, milk fat and spreads. Three years ago, the company's revenues exceeded 2.4 billion rubles, with a profit of about 11 million rubles.
