State company Russian Railways has signed an agreement with Delo, the largest transport and logistics holding in the Russian Federation, which implies cooperation in organizing container transportation by railways.

The document presupposes long-term cooperation of the monopoly and the holding in order to develop railway container transportation, as well as to increase loyalty to it.

It was noticed that the parties will work in a coordinated manner within the framework of the long-term development program of Russian Railways up to 2025, taking into account the Russian Transport Strategy up to 2030.

Earlier it was reported that the specialists from "RZD Logistics" presented the case study in the sphere of cargo flow analysis and logistics services development.

The day before RZD announced the launch of ticket sales for the National Unity Day for a number of trains starting from November, 4 at the price of 250 rubles.
