Trade between Russia and China for ten months of the current year exceeded 88 billion dollars. This is reported in the report of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.

These figures are 2.3% lower compared with last year's data for the same period. The document shows that overall, China's foreign sales fell 0.8% in the first 10 months of 2020, exceeding $3.7 trillion.

Exports of goods and services from Russia to China fell 4.8% to $48 billion between January and October. Meanwhile, imports of Chinese products to Russia rose 0.9% to $41 billion. Last month, for example, sales between the two countries exceeded $9 billion, with $4.6 billion of that coming from Russian exports to China.

Last year, trade turnover between Russia and China was nearly $111 billion, while in 2018 it was $107 billion, and in 2016, for example, it was only at $70 billion.
