Technonikol Corporation launched a new plant of drainage systems in Khabarovsk

Russian manufacturer of roofing, waterproofing and insulation materials Technnicol has commissioned a new facility in the Khabarovsk priority development territory. It is a plant for the production of plastic drainage systems.

It is a modern automated production, which operates on a waste-free technology. Almost half a billion rubles have been invested in the project.

The plant shall produce up to 3 thousand tons of ready product per year, including gutters and pipes, which restore their shape after deforming loads.

The new plant is the second PVC drainage systems plant in Russia. Here the production is designed according to a closed cycle principle. It means that production, which has not passed quality control, is crushed and reused in technological process.

Due to proper sorting of the plastic, its own technological losses are minimized, which ensures waste-free production.

Co-owner and managing partner of the corporation Sergey Kolesnikov considers the plant put into operation to be one of the most up-to-date in this sphere.

It is expected that with the launch of the plant will develop the export of PVC systems in the Asia-Pacific region. Also will be able to meet the needs in PVC drainage systems in the Far East, in the North and in the Urals.

In addition, due to the absence of delivery costs it will be possible to reduce the price for buildings under construction. This will eventually have a positive impact on the final cost of the objects themselves.

At the same time in the near future the corporation intends to increase the share of domestic raw materials in the composition of multi-component granules. Thus, it will reduce dependence on imports and reduce the cost of raw materials without loss of quality.

Plastic gutter systems, which produces a corporation, produced from granulated compound based on PVC. Such gutters and pipes have a "memory form", that is, after compression or twisting they return to their original state. Such production can be used at building of cottages and low-rise buildings in any climatic zones in a range of temperatures from a minus 50 up to plus 50 degrees. The systems have high resistance to ultraviolet radiation and various aggressive influences.

PVC systems can also be shredded and returned to production as a filler for new products. In Ryazan, for example, Technonikol has already launched a pilot project for the collection and recycling of end-of-life polymers - plastic guttering, eaves and facade systems. If the experiment produces good results, it will be extended to other regions, including Khabarovsk.
