Agrosila's Naberezhnochelny elevator plans to launch its own premix production.

It is planned that modernization of the existing equipment and launch of the new one will be completed in March, said Fanis Gazetdinov, deputy general director of Agrosila for elevators.

Currently, the complex includes 2 feed mills, the total production capacity of which exceeds 70 tons per hour. They produce mixed fodder for the needs of the agricultural holding and other enterprises. However, premixes, which are an integral part of fodder, are bought separately.

Now the technologist of the enterprise is developing a formula for different premixes. After launching the production line, premixes will be tested in order to find out their effect on health and reproduction.

The premixes will improve digestibility of the feed nutrients, help to ensure their complete absorption and increase productivity. Also, thanks to the competent formulation of the supplements, they help in the elimination of toxic products.
