Russian Trade Representative to Tajikistan Evgeny Korenkov met with Minister of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan Sherali Kabir to discuss the development of bilateral cooperation in trade and industry this year.

The sides discussed attracting investments from Russia and the possibility of establishing petrochemical, food processing and manufacturing enterprises together.

According to Korenkov, cooperation between the countries is developing positively now. He said that the trade mission is ready to assist in the development and implementation of projects that will strengthen the industrial potential of both countries.
