The Russian trade representative to Iran visited the Enzeli Free Economic Zone together with the Russian ambassador and met with its managing director.

During the talks, the parties discussed prospects for bilateral trade and economic cooperation and opportunities to increase trade turnover between the two countries and the completion of the construction of a railway line to the port of "Caspian".

In addition, representatives of the Russian Federation attended the international conference on the occasion of the launch of Caspian Gil export company in the free economic zone of Enzel.
