Rostec received permission to launch serial production of the new PD-14 aircraft landing engines. In the future, the company will be able to supply them to customers for installation on MS-21 aircraft.

The corresponding document was issued by Rosaviatsia to the United Engine Corporation Perm Motors (Rostec).

The certification took place in two stages. During the first stage the committee consisting of representatives of the Rosaviation and the Russian Aviation Register examined how the quality management system met the aviation regulations. At the next stage specialists assessed manufacturing, assembly and testing of aircraft engines.
