The "My Device" rental service is being created in Russia. It will operate on the basis of a subscription system where the user pays not for an item but for its specific functions, according to the website of the Roscongress Foundation.

It is already known that the service of electric scooters "My Scooter" will be integrated here.

This project was launched last year, but during the quarantine the company began to rent out such a vehicle by couriers, said the founder of the service Ksenia Proka. The scooters were rented not by the minute, but by subscription, for example for a month. A client would take a scooter he liked for permanent use. The price included maintenance and replacement for a new scooter if it broke down.

According to Procky, the company launched the bikes in September with a heavy focus on the B2B segment because of the low season among regular people and high demand from couriers. At the end of the year, a separate bike repair and maintenance shop was launched.

Also in 2020, the company's team started testing a subscription system for gadgets and other mobility items, after which the list of subscription products included gaming consoles, home exercisers and electric bikes.

"In December, we launched a general website where you can subscribe to any device you like," she said.
