A livestock complex will be built in the Novosibirsk Region
A cattle-breeding complex is being built in the Novosibirsk village of Verkh-Uryum, and a farm for 300 cows has already been opened as part of the first stage.
The dairy complex is designed for a total of 1,000 cows.
The project was launched in March in three stages. Under the first stage, a farm was launched and a 24-seat milking parlor put into operation.
The facility, which is being built in the second phase, is designed to accommodate 300 cattle. Another farm for 400 cows will be put into operation on the third stage.
The region produced almost 700 thousand tons of milk last year, which is the absolute record for the region in terms of milk yields in the last few decades.
