Rostec's holding company Roselektronika will double the output of cutting-edge agricultural equipment as part of its diversification program. More than 263 million rubles will be invested in the implementation of the initiative.

For example, the Radio Factory of the Ruselectronics Holding Company will produce pneumatic trailed seeders for sowing grain and leguminous crops and sowing complexes which are able to do several operations in one pass.

After the modernization, up to 471 machines will be produced annually, and the level of localization will be 85%.

The new equipment features increased wear resistance and metering accuracy. At the same time, the availability of additional options will allow the customer to choose the seeding technique depending on the seeding technology and agrarian and climatic conditions.

Such equipment can be used both by small farms and large holdings.

According to Oleg Ratnikov, the General Director of Radiozavod, now the sales volume of the company's agricultural equipment amounts to 370 million roubles a year, or about 15% of the market.
