KAMAZ's Motor-Super plant has mastered a new industrial technology for manufacturing filters, according to KAMAZ's website.

The company has been approved by the state scientific center NAMI.

In particular, the company has mastered the process of production of filtering elements of trapezoidal shape with high sealing. Its main advantage is that the high perimeter seal increases the strength of the filter element. This shape had not previously been used on domestic vehicles.

In mastering the manufacture of the new filters, the issue of gluing an oblique cut in the corrugation line of the filter element curtain was solved. Also the problem of a stable formation of the two-component polyurethane gasket according to the drawing was solved, without sinks.
