Russia has introduced permanent monitoring of the cost of consumer goods and services.

The Ministry of Economic Development, Rosstat and the Federal Antimonopoly Service will monitor prices and their dynamics.

The Ministry of Agriculture will be in charge of monitoring food and tobacco prices.
