Yakutsk Poultry Farm has launched a new production facility for more than 80,000 poultry hens after modernization.

Thanks to the modernization, the breeding of replacement chickens will increase not only for the poultry farm's industrial workshops, but also for sale to farmers and households. It is expected that the work of the new shop will be a driver in the development of regional and family economy in the rural areas.

According to the company, the volume of production at the poultry farm has increased significantly after the modernization - today the poultry farm produces one egg a day for every citizen of Yakutsk. Natalia Dyagilev, the poultry farm's CEO, says the company is planning to reach the 100-million-egg level by 2024, and also to build a new slaughter-house, which will allow it to increase its output.
