The Lipetsk production company Korstel started producing castings from high-strength cast iron and steel weighing from one kilogram to one ton for industrial sectors. A total of 60 million roubles was invested in the project.

The company will manufacture 1.2 thousand tons of products each year.

The company invested 18 million roubles from its own funds and got 29 and 13 million roubles respectively from the federal and regional industrial development funds to go into production.

This money was used to buy a molding line, foundry equipment, processing machines, equipment for finish cleaning the castings and laboratory equipment. It is noted that all of the purchased equipment was created in Russia.

The products of the Lipetsk-based company are used in the production of various components for metalworking machines, electric motors, agricultural machinery and military machines. Korstel's products are also used in shut-off valves, oil production equipment and power engineering.
