Udmurt agrarians exported a trial batch of genetic material for artificial insemination of meat breeds for the first time.

The batch, which was delivered to Kazakhstan, included 300 doses. The consignor was one of the leading artificial insemination companies in the region, "Mozhgaplem", which was founded in 1960.

The company produces sperm products from worthy animal breeders at the level of world genetics. Such experience interested other countries. The first foreign customer, who decided to cooperate with Mozhgaplem, was the Kazakh veterinary pharmaceutical company KazVetSnab.

The organisation has already received bioproducts for the improvement of breed and productive qualities of cattle. In particular, seed of two bulls-producers of beef production direction were exported to the customer. This is a bull of pure Hereford breed of Elite-Record class and a bull of Aberdeen Angus breed of the same class.

Angus and gereford meat is distinguished by its marbling qualities and is considered the most suitable for steaks.

The Udmurtian company has already got veterinary certificates for the export of biological products from 12 bulls.
