Cheese production for 800 million rubles will appear near Ekaterinburg
Anatoly Pavlov, a former deputy of the Sverdlovsk Region Legislative Assembly, will open a cheese factory in which 9 million euros, or about 800 million rubles, will be invested.
3.5 million Euro has been spent on equipment and the rest on acquiring land and construction of a workshop with the area of 4 thousand square metres.
The new production facility is being established in the Verkhnyaya Dubrovo settlement. The launch is scheduled for this fall. According to the media, the entrepreneur is implementing the project with his own money.
Butter and three dozen different types of cheese will be made here, but Parmesan cheese will account for the bulk of the production. Each day the plant will process up to 30 tons of milk from the farm, which belongs to the businessman. Already now on the basis of this farm operates a small cheese factory.
According to Pavlov, a laboratory was bought in Italy to monitor the quality of production. "The factory itself is being built entirely according to Italian technology with their equipment - robots will flip the cheese," the businessman said.
Besides, the ex-deputy plans to build a dairy complex for 2.8 thousand dairy cows near Nizhny Tagil, with fields for fodder. The new farm will not start working until 2024. The agricultural complex will be built in the Prigorodny District; about 1 billion rubles will be invested in its construction.
