"Azbuka vkusa accepts applications from suppliers of farm products

The Azbuka vkusa store chain has started collecting applications from suppliers of farm products on its website, the Made in Russia project was told by the company's press service.

The retailer has now launched a separate platform on its website with artisan products and profiles of private farmers and small producers. There, the store has also started collecting applications for cooperation with new suppliers of farm products.

Any farmer can fill out an application. In order to become a partner of the chain, it is necessary to submit documents and pass an inspection in "Azbuka vkusa" laboratory.

Small farms can then supply their produce to several stores, rather than to the entire retail chain. And the farmer does not have to deliver the goods to the stores himself, he can use the retailer's single distribution centre for this purpose, which makes logistics much easier.

Currently, Azbuka Vkusa offers products from more than a hundred farmers that can be purchased in stores or online.
