Russian machine-building plant Petrozavodskmash launched production of equipment for the Chinese nuclear power plant Xudapu.

Last year, the company's revenue increased by almost 30% compared to 2019. At the same time, the number of jobs increased to 1,300.

Fixed capital investment in the previous two years reached 950 million rubles. For further investment in Petrozavodskmash, which is planned by AEM-technologies, it is necessary to extend the tax exemption, which will end this year. Investment program planned for three years provides for allocation of up to 400 million rubles per year and increase in the number of jobs.

The head of the region ordered the regional authorities to look into the issue of extending the tax relief for the company.
