Domestically produced treadmills are planned to be launched by Fitness Technologies in the Beloretsk territory of advanced socio-economic development in Bashkortostan.

This investment project is important for the region, because sports equipment will compete with foreign manufacturers in this segment, said Ekaterina Klikunova, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic.

The company intends to set up the production of treadmills for cardio training with a long lifespan. 3.5 million roubles will be invested into the project implementation. With its launch 15 new jobs will be created.

It is planned to open new production by 2023.

As it is stated on the website of the regional department, provision of tax allowances to "Fitness Technologies" will help to reduce the cost of equipment. This, in its turn, will have a positive impact on the final price of finished products and their availability in the country.

Apart from that, the company is planning to extend its product range and intends to supply track machines to foreign markets.
