Moscow exported cables and wiring devices to 91 countries

Last year, Moscow manufacturers of cable products and wiring devices exported their products to 91 countries.

The sum of all deliveries exceeded 68 million dollars.

In the structure of the export itself, the first place was taken by cable products, which Moscow companies sold abroad for more than 59 million dollars. Electric insulators come next (8.5 million dollars).

Among the importers are Ireland, Seychelles, Albania, Greece, Croatia, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uruguay, Morocco and Costa Rica.

Today, the Russian capital is one of the leaders in the country in terms of supplying cables and wiring devices. Over the past year, foreign shipments of such products accounted for nearly 15% of the nationwide figure, which amounted to about 467 million dollars.

As the Mosprom center said after assessing export dynamics, companies looking to supply cables and wiring equipment to the Middle East or Africa are advised to look at Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Egypt and South Africa.

"The Asia-Pacific region shows the greatest interest in importing the capital's products, and Latin American markets such as Argentina, Peru and Mexico also have high sales potential," said Natalia Shuvalova, CEO of Mosprom.
