Russia will analyze the competitive advantages of domestic educational programs and technologies to develop exports of services. In addition, medical organizations will begin to allocate subsidies for obtaining international certificates, the government's press service said.

It is noted that an action plan for export development in the sphere of general and secondary professional education will be worked out by the end of May. In particular, demand and supply of these services will be studied.

The authorities also intend to compensate expenses of medical organizations for receipt of international certificates and organizations for development of export of medical services. For this purpose, from next year subsidies will be allocated for "Quality and safety of medical activity" certification and accreditation for compliance with the standards of the Joint Commission International (JCI).

In 2019, an export development strategy and an implementation plan were approved. Transport, construction, tourism, information technology, medical and educational services are among the main directions in the documents.
