Sber has launched a new way of communicating with corporate clients. Entrepreneurs can now receive video consultations on basic services for business and foreign economic activities, according to the bank's website.

In addition, they will be able to arrange banking products in video mode without the need to visit the office.

In order to use the service, it is necessary in the section "Small businesses and individual entrepreneurs" to select the item "By video link". It should be done from computer or laptop.

It is noted that it is not required to install special applications for video consultations. Thus it will be possible to connect an additional expert of the bank to the conversation, and the operator can demonstrate the content to the client.

"Many customers are more accustomed and comfortable to interact with the bank in video mode, because in a similar way they communicate with their family and friends. We know from our own experience that issues are resolved more easily when there is eye contact with the interlocutor, and it is often better to show once than to talk seven times. Sberbank's technology and competencies enabled us to launch such a service, and the first feedback from entrepreneurs confirms its relevance," said Sergey Lekhanov, director of Sberbank's Corporate Solutions Center division.
