The Ministry of Economics of Tatarstan has launched a new programme to support small and medium-sized businesses, under which entrepreneurs will be reimbursed for the cost of paying interest on loans from Russian banks.

According to the republican media, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses will be reimbursed almost all the interest paid on the loan, starting from January 2020. The maximum amount of financial support for one recipient will be about 10 million rubles a year.

In addition, the republic's authorities provided for another subsidy as part of business support in terms of implementation of digitalization processes - a partial compensation for the sale of goods using delivery services.
