The Rostov champagne factory has moved the production of three of its popular brands to the Bosca-Rus site in Ufa.

This happened back in April, but it has become known now.

"Yes, indeed, it happened in April this year. We moved the production," the company's deputy director Alexander Linnik told the Interfax news agency.

At the same time the business edition "City N" reported that the enterprise held a tender, according to the results of which the best conditions for the production of products under the brands of "Rashel", "Rostovskoye" and "Rostovskoye zolotoe" were offered at the site of the producer of sparkling wine "Bosca-Rus".

This year the company plans to sell the same number of bottles as it did a year ago. At the moment the drinks are being sold through the Rostov distributor "Master-Trade". It is noted that the geography of supplies and network partners are preserved.

At the beginning of the year it was reported that the plant had stopped production of wine because of the law on winegrowing and winemaking, which came into force in June last year. The question is about the document according to which only production made of Russian grapes is considered as domestic wine. Rostov Winery didn't have its own vineyards and used imported wine materials to make drinks.
