A new cattle-breeding complex has started to be built in a Tver village. Here young cattle of dairy cattle breeds aged 14 to 26 months will be raised, according to the website of AgropromComplektatsiya group of companies.

The new farm will have 846 cattle places. The herd will be replenished with livestock from their own dairy complexes. The animals will be transferred to the farm at 12 months of age. After that, artificial insemination and pregnancy tests will be conducted. After quarantine, animals with 2-7 months of pregnancy will be sent for sale.

At the moment the ground has been prepared for the foundation and a temporary access road has been built. Now the formwork and frameworks of the foundations are being arranged, the works on flash-flume system for manure removal have been started.

The new complex will be put into operation in September.
