The Russian Export Center (REC) is working to create national online stores on marketplaces in Turkey and Vietnam. This was announced by Veronika Nikishina, head of REC.

"We are looking for the right platforms, suitable operators, analyze the demand, because it is very important not to form inflated expectations of the exporter," - she was quoted as saying by TASS.

Nikishina explained that Russian goods should not only be competitive in the market, but also adapted for foreign consumers, taking into account local preferences.

She recalled that before entering the Chinese market, REC did a lot of analytical work and engaged Chinese bloggers to find a niche that could be occupied by Russian goods. As a result, the bet was placed on food products.

A wider range of goods is exported to Europe - from household chemicals and clothes, to authentic Kraft products.

The Russian Export Centre has cooperated with 78 foreign marketplaces that help domestic companies to market their goods.
