Farmers of the Tomsk Region have increased milk production
Tomsk Region farms produced two thousand tons of milk this year. This is 5.5% more than in 2020.
Agricultural organisations produced 22.8 thousand tonnes of milk (an increase of 0.9%).
The yield per forage cow in the first four months of this year in the region was 2.52 kg of milk - plus 0.6% compared to last year's figures.
The leaders in the region are Spas farm (+14.73%), Voronovskoye (+14.66%), and Mezheninovskaya agricultural firm (+12%).
The most productive cows, according to the regional ministry of agriculture, are "Dubrovskoye" (3057 kilograms), "Belostok" (2907 kilograms) and "Sibirskoe Moloko" (2833 kilograms).
