Tajikistan is ready to import more Russian metal products. This is reported on the website of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade after a meeting between the Russian trade representative in Tajikistan Evgeny Korenkov and a representative of the Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant (KTMZ) Vasilisa Grizodub in Dushanbe.

They discussed organization of supplies of local steel products to the Tajik Aluminum Company and the Dushanbe Cement Plant, among others.

Grizodub told the trade representative about the most promising projects of the enterprise, which are being worked on now.

"The Trade Representation considers it important to preserve the already established cooperative ties between Russian and Tajik companies and is ready to provide comprehensive support for their development," Korenkov said.
