Producers of dried milk will receive a new measure of state support. It is a compensation for part of the direct costs of creating or upgrading agricultural processing facilities, according to the website of the Russian government.

The corresponding decree was signed by the chairman of the government Mikhail Mishustin.

"We are talking about reimbursement of up to 25% of the actual cost of the built or modernized facility. Previously, some agrarians were already able to take advantage of this opportunity. Among them are those who process oil-bearing crops or grain," the report says.

A list of projects, which can be compensated, is presented by regional authorities on the basis of applications that will be sent by agricultural producers. The Ministry of Agriculture will make the final decision on the candidates.

The decision will allow the agrarians to reduce the payback period of the investment projects and increase the production capacity.
