A new building of Soyuztsvetmetavtomatika measuring instruments plant will be built in Moscow.

The mayor's office said that within the framework of a large-scale investment project the city provided the company with a land plot of about 1 hectare without bidding.

The area of the building will be 14.4 thousand square meters. It is assumed that it will combine laboratory, engineering, production and administrative functions of the company in one place. All the existing production facilities located in the Ostankinsky district will be relocated into it. It will make it possible to increase its production capacity, the company hopes.

Project investments will amount to 250 million rubles, and 110 new jobs will be created.

This is already the ninth decision to grant land plots within the framework of large-scale investment projects for the construction of production facilities. The total area of the plots is more than 10 hectares. The planned investments for these projects will exceed 6 billion roubles, and more than 1.2 thousand new jobs will appear.
